I just got home from our recent Food trip with Lakbay. Yeah a food trip I wasn’t expecting for the night. We went to QC after one Rod invited us all to “Mister Kababs”, one of the best Shawarma Eateries in the metro. Eds and I decided to go but first we went to Vidge’s office which was much nearer to us and decided to chat for a while, while we wait for Marco to arrive. It has been some time since we have seen each other. Like Christmas party I think.
I was on my way to the office this morning and saw that I still have a lot of time in my hand. After going down the FX I decided to slow my pace and take a look around me, observe the people walking by, passing through. No point in this really but merely observe. Today, majority of people walking have black pants, possibly of corporate offices, they walk fast seemingly to catch the time. Hair styles for men are mostly those fad mushroom like styles where they comb from the back middle on all directions then from their bangs they comb it upward then put on a gel or something to make it stay that way, neat and clean (and mediocre actually). Most women of stereotype office has their black pants and the blaziers(?) which is normal of an office attire. Mostly of them are in a rush of course. But there are those who seems to be taking their time as well. There was this guy with an in-ear-phones on who is just there walking slow listening to his music.
Another year is here and to kick it off for this site is to open a new section Visual Poetry. Well it’s not actually new in concept as I had done this before wayback during the sites earlier incarnations and just thought of putting it back in action now with a dynamic backend to that. Yeah experimented with my PHP/SQL programming skills on this one during the last few days of the holiday season vacation. So please take a look and participate as well. Will be adding a commenting system on each of the works soon.
It’s so early in the morning and I’m getting much into quizzes. Anyways, looking forward to another great year.
