Google Talks
We have Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger. If it IM (Instant Messaging) isn’t crowded enough, Google comes into the fore with their “Google Talk“, the latest IM to hit the internet. Google recently stirred the E-mail industry when they offered a 1 gig space for email with their Gmail and their Blogger has been the pioneer and standard for web blogging.
Their Google Talk is currently in Beta, but I was able to run it and found it to be cool and simple, as most of what google is known for - simplicity. I liked the smooth interface transitions but features I think are still in development. You must be a Gmail user to be able to test it.

It even has a pop up whenever you have a new email which runs the first lines of the message.
