Just this afternoon I was a guest at ANC’s (ABS-CBN News Channel) Shop Talk. Honestly, appearing in live television isn’t really on top of my list but is a welcome development. The topic of the show was about your “Not so usual Asian Travel Destinations” and I’m to share my insights and experiences on traveling in Cambodia and Vietnam. I’m joined by Christine Cunanan, publisher of Travelife Magazine as she promotes a tour of another not usual destination which is North Korea.

Travel Photography 101
It’s always nice to see some of your works published in print media whether big or small. On today’s issue of Manila Bulletin TRAVEL, they have a feature on Travel Photography 101. They got to interview the likes of George Tapan, Ronald Jayme, as well as Photobloggers like Anton, Eric, Markku and me as well. It also has a solo feature on Ivan Henares and other interesting article. It’s a pretty nice issue. Here, I’m sharing the tips I wrote there on taking Travel Photos.
Pinoy Backpacker journeys through inland China
I never knew that staging an exhibit can be quite a bit of work, but it has been a great learning experience for me as well. Since I was preoccupied last week on organizing and coordinating I never found much time to do a post. For now, I’ll share this article I wrote for Tulay, a Chinese-Filipino Fortnightly Digest. This digest as it slogan wrote “A bridge of understanding between two cultures; a bridge of tolerance between ages”.
