Whew, it’s one hell of a week for me. I hadn’t had the chance to do some blogging here for quite a while as I’ve been on the move continuosly. Aside from the continues workload at work, I would still have to work on those freelance projects I have (now you hear me complaining) Not that I didn’t like it, in fact I’m kind of proud that I get to have these projects. Maybe I’m just pushing myself too much. Having to sleep later than usual.

Well at the start of the morning, when I thought that I can finally have some quiet time to rest, I got a call from Robee Stylographics about the artwork file. Arggh it seems we have a problem again. As much as I hate to work, I have to see it for myself. I just thought maybe I could learn a lot more if I went to their place. I decided to go to their office in Proj 4.

Well having visited their office, talking and seeing how “Sanna” their graphic artist work her magic was an additional learning experience for me. It’s true doing graphics for print is so much harder as there’s a lot of details you really have to take consideration. Another thing is how a regular PC sucks in terms of color management compared to macintosh. And I really do need to buy those pantone swatches if i’m going to do a lot of print materials. And boy those offset printers are huge and amazing too actually. It’s really amazing that this business is run by the whole family. And I could really see how Sanna is so professional on how she talks to her clients. I hope that I could someday run a business like this.

Well I wasn’t able to watch Spiderman 2 still, we were supposed to but as you have seen, plans have changed. Vidge have to stay home to help out her dad, and the others seems to be busy as well. Before I went home, I dropped by the MemoXpress in megamall where I finally saw the item next on my wishlist, the Siemens M65. It look georgous. I asked the price and woah! 19,500 pesos. Wow. Now, am I prepared to shelf out that much money?! Well I have to think really hard about this, or have I have to take a look at the other options I have out there. Sheesh. But I guess it’s water, dust and shock resistant made it’s price that high compared to it’s regular counterpart Siemens CX65 which is only around 16000pesos.

Well, time to laze around…
