Hong Kong Disneyland Sleeping Beauty Castle Fireworks Blue

We always see it during the start of any Disney Movies – the Sleeping Beauty Castle and the fireworks behind it. I was looking forward seeing the evening fireworks which would usually happens on 8pm but that night, it starts at 7pm, (probably because it’s a Sunday) because finally I get to see this popular Disney Opener in real life. After the fun rides and Golden Mickey Show, we had a snack break at Clopin’s Festival Food then proceeded to the front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle and reserve our spots.

There were already people seated in the viewing area. It was fortunate we arrived a bit earlier and got a really good viewing spot in the middle. It only took a few minutes when the whole ground was occupied already. But thing were in good order and people were asked to seat by the officials.

Disney Castle Blue Smoke

The lights soon dimmed and the show started. I thought that this was just all fireworks but it turned out it was a pyro-musical and light show as well. Again I was amazed. From the screen projections and changing colors of the castle to the musical and the spectacular fireworks, everything was in perfect sync.

We wanted to go back to the Fantasyland Again but it turns out the fireworks also signals the closing of the park. Anyway the Fireworks show which ran for at least 10 minutes was a spectacular way to end the day.
