I’m kind’a slow in writing here lately as I’ve managed to keep myself pre-occupied with a lot of stuff. Well let me just recap the major events since last Saturday.

Saturday : Went to the opening of Alliance de France’s “Art Video Digital Exhibit” at Big Sky Mind in Cubao. Nice venue, caters more on contemporary and modern art. The exhibit was nice. Only liked a few pieces, some were more of trash for me as they were like made from game engine. And the Video room was hot. Almost drank myself out with those mixed alcoholic punch drinks. Hmm nice finger foods, wierd looking people and lots more wierd looking people.

Sunday : Split in two. Spent almost the whole day Transcribing the Cocoy Sarmienta Interview from it’s audio version. Then spent the whole afternoon swimming in Marikina. It was a real fun, especially when it rained. Then finished transcribing the interview in the evening. Watched “Master and Commander”

Monday : Election day. I didn’t vote. Almost spent the whole day typing the interview (aside from discerning my handwriting). Saw two videos that day “Solaris” (bored me) and “Bruce Almighty” (Already saw this I just thought of seeing it again, real funny)

Tuesday : The usual work, nothing really much to do. Managed to go to gym in the afternoon. And I had stomach cramps after a few crunches !!! Ouch!

Today : Having a change in mind is quite good. I realized I don’t have to make people happy, but make myself happy. I don’t have to help people if they don’t ask for help. Simply let other people make mistakes and learn from them. Just a thought. I decided to make myself low profile. Try not to be impressive but just be happy and continue what I’m doing. And yeah by the way, already submitted my Digimac Entry. The guys ther said it looks “Astig”, well I hope it’s “Astig” enough to win me that “Macintosh G4 Titanium Powerbook”

Looking Ahead : So many things to do. Already filed my leave on the 24th, looking forward in going back to Banaue Batad Bangaan. WIll be quite busy this week end. Looking forward for freelance work from Aristocrat and Pasia. And will also try to finish my Cube Entry. Sigh!!! Now where has my lovelife gone …. hehehe.
